Description
A well-written description is one of the most important factors for conversion. Structure it clearly:
- Introduction — what the product is, who it's for, and what makes it worth buying
- What's included — a complete list of files, components, or items
- Technical details — file formats, software compatibility, resolution, system requirements
- Usage examples — what kinds of projects it fits
- Support & updates — whether support is included and for how long
Tip: Use bullet points, headings, and bold text to break up the description. Buyers scan rather than read — make key information easy to find at a glance.
Step 2 — Upload & Version
File requirements
- Maximum size per file: 500 MB
- Supported upload formats: ZIP, RAR, 7Z, or individual files
- All files must open and work correctly before uploading — test them
Recommended archive structure
Product-Name-v1.0/
├── README.txt
├── LICENSE.txt
├── Source-Files/
├── Documentation/
└── Bonus/ (optional)
Include a README.txt with installation instructions, a list of files, and your support contact. Include a LICENSE.txt that matches the TOS template you attach in Step 4.
Do not include pirated copies of paid software, fonts, or plugins. Only include free assets or provide links to purchase required tools.
Step 3 — Media
Main preview image
- Size: 1920×1080 px (required)
- Format: JPG or PNG, maximum 5 MB
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
- Should clearly show what the product is and look professional at a glance
Additional screenshots
- Minimum: 3 screenshots, maximum 10
- Size: minimum 1200×800 px, JPG or PNG, max 3 MB each
- Show different aspects: overview, details, usage examples, variations
Tip: High-quality preview images are the single biggest factor in click-through rate. Spend time on them — buyers decide whether to open your product page based on the thumbnail alone.
Step 4 — Pricing & Access
Pricing model
Choose one of three models:
- Free — product is available at no cost
- One-time — buyer pays once and owns the product
- Subscription — buyer pays on a recurring basis for continued access
Licence tiers
You can offer multiple licence tiers for the same product. Licence templates are created in Store Manager → Terms of Service and attached here. Common types:
Personal
For personal, non-commercial use only.
Commercial
Permits use in commercial projects and client work.
Extended
Broader rights including redistribution or use in products for resale.
See the Product Licences page for full details.
ℹ️ Offering multiple licence tiers almost always increases average order value — professional buyers will choose Commercial or Extended without hesitation. See the Pricing guide for strategy tips.
Step 5 — Support
Add documentation that buyers receive after purchase — installation guides, usage instructions, FAQs. Configure your support channel so buyers know how to reach you if they have questions.
Tip: Good documentation reduces support requests and leads to better reviews. Even a simple one-page PDF with installation steps makes a real difference.
After you publish
Verified sellers publish instantly — your product is live the moment you click Publish. Here's what to do next:
Promote your product
- Share on social media — Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Add to your portfolio on Behance or Dribbble
- Post in relevant communities and forums

- Update for new software versions to stay relevant
- Notify existing buyers when you publish a significant update
Frequently Asked Questions
How many products can I publish?
There is no limit. The more quality products you have, the more consistent your sales become.
Can I edit a product after publishing?
Yes, at any time. Changes to the description and price take effect immediately. Uploading new files creates a new version — buyers receive the update automatically.
Do verified sellers need moderation?
No. Verified sellers publish instantly with no review delay.
Can I delete a product after publishing?

Can I sell the same product on other platforms?
Yes, exclusivity is not required. Make sure your pricing is competitive across platforms.
What if a buyer reports a bug?
Respond promptly, fix the issue, and upload a new version. Fast support leads to positive reviews and repeat buyers.
Do I need to credit third-party libraries in my product?
