Purchase History

How to view, search, and manage all your past orders on shookout

Finding your purchase history

All your orders are in My Account → Order History. Your purchase history is stored permanently — you can view orders from any time, even years after purchasing.

  1. Sign in to shookout
    Go to shookout.com and sign in.
  2. Open My Account → Order History
    Click your avatar → My AccountOrder History. You will see a list of all your orders.
  3. Click an order to see details
    Each order opens a detail page at shookout.com/clients/orders/{id}/ where you can view the full breakdown and print the invoice.

What you see in Order History

Order list

  • Product name — what you purchased
  • Order number — unique ID for the transaction
  • Date — when the order was placed
  • Price — amount paid in USD
  • Status — Completed, Processing, or Refunded
  • Payment method — card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Account Credit

Order detail page

  • Product details — name, version purchased, seller
  • Order total — amount paid with Paid status
  • Print Invoice button — top right corner
  • Add PO number — for corporate billing needs
  • Download files — access your purchased files

Invoices and receipts

Every order has a Print Invoice button. Click it to open a print-ready invoice or save it as PDF. For full details see the Invoices and Receipts guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far back does my purchase history go?

Your complete order history is stored permanently from the day you registered. There is no limit on how far back you can look.

An order is showing as Processing for a long time. What should I do?

Processing usually resolves within 24 hours. Do not attempt to pay again. If it's still Processing after 24 hours, contact support with your order number.

I don't see a purchase I made. Where did it go?

Make sure you're signed in to the correct account — the email you used when purchasing. If you paid but see no order, contact support with your Transaction ID from the payment receipt email.

How do I get a refund on an order?

Open the order in Order History and click Request Refund or Report a Problem. See the Refund Policy for details on when refunds are available.
