Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — file access is permanent. All your purchases stay in My Purchases indefinitely. You can download any file at any time.
Email links expire after 30 days for security reasons. Sign in to My Purchases and download directly from there — this always works regardless of when you purchased.
Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh. If it still doesn't appear, contact support with your Transaction ID — we'll verify and grant access manually.
For one-time purchases, all future versions are included — when the seller publishes an update, it appears automatically in My Purchases. For subscription products, you need an active subscription to download new versions.
Make sure you have the correct software to open the file format. If the archive is corrupted, try downloading again. If it still doesn't work, contact the seller via their product page or open a support ticket.
