The Platform is managed by the Management Board of SIA Synchron in accordance with the Commercial Law of the Republic of Latvia (Komerclikums).

6. Platform Description

shookout.com is an online marketplace for digital goods, connecting Sellers (content creators) and Buyers for the licensing, sale, and distribution of digital content, including templates, digital art, software, plugins, AI-generated content, and other digital products. SIA Synchron acts as the Platform operator and intermediary. SIA Synchron is not a party to the transactions between Buyers and Sellers unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable terms.

7. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumers:

SIA Synchron is not obligated, and does not currently undertake, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required by applicable law. Where participation is required by the law of the consumer's Member State of habitual residence, SIA Synchron will comply with that obligation.

Data Protection. SIA Synchron processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Latvian Personal Data Processing Law.
