How to cancel a subscription

Step-by-step cancellation instructions

What happens after cancellation?
Cancel through the seller
Some sellers require canceling the subscription directly through them:
- If there is no "Cancel" button in the subscriptions section — contact the seller
- Seller may require an explanation of the cancellation reason
- Sellers usually cancel the subscription within 24 hours
- If the seller doesn't respond for 3 days — write to shookout.com support, we will force-cancel
Warning: Cancelling subscriptions is NOT the same as deleting a saved card! After cancellation, go to Payment Optionsto Payment Optionstoo go to "Payment Options" and delete card, if not want to it was saved.
Change payment method
If your card expired, blocked, or you want to use a different card:

Open subscriptionGo to Subscriptions → Select subscription → Click "Manage subscription".

Click "Change payment method"Find the "Payment method" section → Click "Update Payment Method".

Add a new cardEnter new card data: Number, Expiry date, CVV, Cardholder name → Click "Save" → New card savedavedard saveda linked to subscription.

ConfirmationChanges take effect immediately. The next payment will be charged to the new card. The old carde old onee old card you can delete in the section "Payment Options".

Upgrading to a more expensive plan
For example, from monthly ($10/mo) to annual ($100/year):

Prorated paymentThe system will calculate: days remaining in the current month → subtract that amount from the annual cost the annual plan cost the annual cost from from thecompatibility years → you pay difference now. Example: Remaining 20 days monthly → deducted ~$6.67 → you pay additionally $93.33 for year.
Downgrading to a cheaper plan
For example, from annual ($100/year) to monthly ($10/mo):

Select a new planSelect mothly plan → Click "Switch to this plan".

Change after end of periodThe annual subscription continues until the end of the paid year. On the annual subscription expiry date, it automatically switches to monthly. No additional payment is required, but there is no refund of the difference either.
Important: When downgrading there is no refund! The new plan starts only after the current period ends of the paid period.
