installation on iOS

  1. Open App Store
    Click the blue App Store icon on the iPhone or iPad home screen.
  2. Find the app
    Click the "Search" tab → Enter "shookout.com" → Click the first result with our logo logo.
  3. Set up the app
    Click the button "GET" (Upload) → Confirm in Face ID / Touch ID or password Apple ID → Wait for end installation.
  4. Open and log in
    Click "OPEN" (Open) → On first launch log into your shookout account → Allow notifications notifications (recommended).

installation on Android

  1. Open Google Play
    Click on the Google Play Store icon on the home screen or in the app list.
  2. Find the app
    Click the search bar at the top → Enter "shookout.com marketplace" → Select the official app app (check name developer: "shookout.com Inc.").
  3. Set up the app
    Click "Install" → Accept requested permissions → Wait for download and installation and installation (~2-5 minutes in dependencies from speed internet).
  4. Open and configure
    Click "Open" (Open) → Log into your account → Allow notifications, file access (for downloads) (for uploading purchases) → Done!

Tip: On first launch, enable biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint) in settingssettings app. This simplify login and increase security your account.

Main settings

  • Notifications: Settings → Notifications → Enable the categories you need (sales, messages, updates)
  • biometry: Settings → Security → Enable Face ID / Fingerprint → Confirm
  • Auto-download files: Settings → Downloads → Auto-download purchases → Enable for automatic purchase downloadshases
  • Theme: Settings → Appearance → Select Light / Dark / Auto (by system)
  • Quality images: Settings → Data → Image quality → High (Wi-Fi) / Medium (mobile data)

Advanced settings

  • Cache: Settings → Storage → Clear cache (free space without deleting purchases)
  • Synchronization: Settings → Sync → Auto-sync every 15 min / 1 hour / Manual
  • Privacy: Settings → Privacy → Disable analytics (disable analytics use)
  • Restrictions mobile data: Settings → Data usage → Download only on Wi-Fi

Data saving tips:

  • Enable "Download only on Wi-Fi" if you limited mobile internet

Solution problems

App does not open / crashes

  1. Restart app
    Fully close the app (swipe up from app list) → Open again.
  2. Restart device
    Turn off phone → Wait 10 seconds → Enable → Try open app.
  3. Update app
    Go to App Store / Google Play → Find shookout.com → if is button "Update" — click its.
  4. Reinstall app
    Delete the app (long tap → Delete) → Go to app store → Reinstall. Your purchases will not be lost — they linked to the account.

Push notifications not arriving

  • Check resolution of: Settings iOS/Android → shookout.com → Notifications → Enabled
  • Check settings in app: Settings → Notifications → Make sure the needed categories are enabled
  • Do Not Disturb mode: Disable DND / Focus Mode while checking
  • Reconnect notifications: Settings → Notifications → Disable → Enable again

Files not downloading

  • Check disk space: Free up at least 500 MB for downloading large files
  • Check resolution of: Settings → shookout.com → Storage → Allowed
  • Use Wi-Fi: Some files >100 MB may not download on mobile internet
  • Clear upload cache: Settings → Downloads → Clear download cache

Can I upload files in app?

Yes, sellers can upload files directly from app: photo from gallery, video, documents from Files (iOS) / File Manager (Android). Maximum file size in mobile app — 500 MB (technical restrictions mobile OS). for files >500 MB use web-version.

Are widgets supported?

Yes! iOS 14+ and Android 12+ support widgets. Access widgets: (1) "Statistics sales" — revenue and number sales today, (2) "Unread messages" — counter new messages, (3) "Quick actions" — button for frequent actions. Add: long on main screen → Widgets → shookout.com.

is there a version for Huawei (without Google Play)?

Yes, for Huawei devices without Google Play Services app available in Huawei AppGallery. Functionality identical Google Play versions, but without Google Pay (use Huawei Pay or bank card). Download: open AppGallery → search "shookout.com".

Can I use app on Apple Watch / Wear OS?

Apple Watch companion app is planned for 2025. It will allow: viewing notifications, managing saleschecking salesations about sales, chat on messages, voice, see statistics sales. Wear OS version in development. Follow for anonyourself in section "News" app.

how delete account in app?

Settings → Account → Delete autofill Account → Confirm. ATTENTION: This permanently will delete all your data, purchases, sales. We recommend export data before deletion: Settings → Export Data → Download archive. Alternative: deactivation account (Settings → Account → Deactivate).
